The leadership team offer a wide variety of skills and attributes that is driven down through organisation to deliver the required client satisfaction levels.
Mike Jones
Gaining his accountancy experience at PWC both in the UK and in Canada, Mike joined the business and specifically focuses on dealer profitability, transactional management and providing commentary on key industry issues, as well as being a member of the AFI.
Robert Jones
Robert has a wide range of business experience after working for Arthur Andersen and IBM. Joining the business in 2003, Robert’s primary focus was on client and business development, including a significant interest in developing the composite offering World Wide.
Mike Fazal
Mike joined ASE in 2009, prior to joining he was Managing Director of Healthcare Solutions, the largest division of Synergy Health plc. He qualified as a chartered accountant with Arthur Andersen, where he specialised in audit and transaction services. Mike received a BEng in Civil Engineering from Loughborough University and most recently completed an MBA at Warwick University.
Paul Daly
Paul has over 15 years of experience gained initially in a big 4 practice and then within industry at a large FTSE 100 services group. After joining ASE as director of audit and assurance in 2003, Paul specialises in audit, financial due diligence and all aspects of financial control.
Paul Brown
With over 19 years corporate taxation experience both in the UK and Australia, Paul has provided high quality taxation advice to clients operating in all areas of the automotive industry, including motor retailers, OEMs, importers and aftermarket suppliers. He also has considerable experience of advising owner manager businesses on a wide variety of topics including mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs, group restructures and enquiries by the tax authorities.
Trevor Jones
Founder of the business in 1975, Trevor is renowned as one of the leading experts in the Motor Industry, most recently picking up the accolade of Outstanding Achievement Award at the Motor Trader Awards.
