CRM Manager

We are seeking an experienced CRM Manager to manage our global CRM programme. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the CRM Manager is a new position within the small Marketing team at the heart of this global company. We have strong growth ambitions for the next 3-5 years and recognise that a robust CRM process is fundamental to achieving these.

Established in 1975, ASE work with every major automotive brand, across 50 international markets from 13 worldwide offices; ASE's team of 280 automotive specialists provide data driven intelligence and global best practice to drive improved performance and profitability across the automotive retail industry.

Based at our global head office near Manchester Airport.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the integrity of our global database
  • Championing CRM to ensure engagement globally
  • Manage CRM marketing campaign creation, monitor & reporting
  • Support ASE acquisition and retention strategies
  • Manage creation and delivery of CRM reports
  • Be responsible for CRM data protection
  • Monitor usage
  • Monitor data input/duplications
  • Create and manage updates to training materials
  • Provide training and ongoing to all new starter
  • Provide Q&A service
  • Manage permission structure
  • Manage system issues/enhancements
  • Liaison with CRM provider & any middleware providers
  • Advise on maximising CRM tool
  • Ensure CRM remains fit for purpose
  • Develop great relationships with CRM users throughout the company globally

Business Test Analyst

ASE is currently looking for a Business Test Analyst to join our Quality Assurance and Testing team.

The role includes:

  • Verifying that changes to product configuration and reports produced by ASE are as expected
  • Supporting ASE in delivering class leading products and services of excellence
  • Defining, executing and engaging in continuous evaluation of procedures in line with ASE's test policy
  • Being the point person for testing-orientated questions where required, providing clear and professional advice to the team and the business
  • Contributing to a defined strategy for the team to meet the company's goals and objectives, and improving the quality of the service it delivers internally and externally. Planning and monitoring the successful implementation of this strategy
  • Responsibility for identifying and mitigating risks, directly or indirectly relating to the department
  • Maintaining the professional culture and integrity within the team, where individuals take ownership and are fastidious and proud of delivering excellence and quality
  • Assisting in product testing where appropriate

Main Responsibilities

  • Keep up to date with the core and new age testing methodologies
  • Drive consistent standards and approaches throughout the team
  • Write clean, repeatable and well-designed tests
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure that the correct tests are carried out first time
  • Create a culture of promoting new ideas or up-sell opportunities within the team
  • Ensure that processes and appropriate levels of knowledge are shared between teams
  • Proactively drive innovation with new ideas and options made available by new technologies
  • Maintain and actively contribute to a list of innovation and research projects

Key skills and experience

  • IT literate, with a knowledge of SQL and EXCEL, and a QA background
  • ISTQB preferred
  • Experience of building and maintaining relationships with business stakeholders at all levels of seniority
  • Highly numerate and literate, with excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive and highly organised with strong time management, problem solving and planning skills
  • A passion for quality, with a significant interest in new emerging technologies
  • The successful candidate will have the ability to adhere to tight deadlines and remain calm and organised under pressure. They will be credible, confident and articulate, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Audit Senior

We now are recruiting for Audit Seniors to join our dedicated team of professionals. ASE offer a competitive package, attractive benefits including a company car and a dedicated training academy for all employees.

In this role you will be providing all ranges of assurance services to small-mid sized businesses, and is not just audit and accounting. Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Preparation of accounts and financial statements;
  • Assist in maintaining and developing client relationships;
  • Audit of companies principally in the automotive sector;
  • Assist or lead a team to perform a wide variety of assignments, including due-diligence, corporate finance, business reviews, internal control reviews, special projects for manufacturers,
  • Design and implementation of audit plans;
  • Ensure completion of assignments within appropriate budget and time frame;
  • Manage a team of trainees while on assignment;
  • Report to manager and/or partner
  • Responsible for development and mentoring of trainees and staff;
  • Representing the firm at networking events, and identifying opportunities to grow our business.

To be considered for this role, you will:

  • Be studying towards or fully qualified (ACA / CA / ACCA)
  • Have strong technical knowledge and be a good communicator
  • Have experience of leading a team on audit engagements
  • Be capable of working on your own initiative
  • Be willing to travel nationally
  • Have good commercial skills and an interest in networking and business development
