ASE currently has an opportunity for a Junior Project Developer to join the existing team in supporting the delivery of new projects and the existing IT systems within the "classic infrastructure".
Reporting to the Project Delivery Director, the role of this job would be to support the existing team in the delivery of new solutions and uphold all agreed SLA when supporting the wider company on existing infrastructure.

We now have an opportunity available for a Senior Report Specialist to join us to take responsibility for the design of reporting templates to client's specifications.
Ensuring the quality and testing of the reports, you will communicate the development status of each report to the project manager and will be required to attend client facing internal and external meetings when required. Listening and documenting the client's needs and feeding this information into the Project Team, you will assist with the formulation of planning documentation and help to complete specification documents.
You must own the project delivery plan and report back on this at any given level required (team meetings, client requests etc) and you will also perform the role of Project Champion for any projects that cannot be carried out by the team; this will involve not only guidance but also completion of the agreed items.
Strong accountancy knowledge is essential. Excellent knowledge of Excel is required, with VBA being an advantage. Motor trade accountancy knowledge is beneficial

As the Country Manager, your role will be dedicated to servicing the current and future Franchise and Retailer clients within the market.
Taking overall responsibility for managing and growing the business by ensuring strong client relationships, providing service excellence and selling additional ASE solutions; you will work closely with the respective Brand Directors in the delivery of our services for those Franchisees that are managed at a European or Global level but will have complete responsibility for those Franchises that are managed on a market only basis.
Interacting with clients to provide consulting advice, design and present service proposals and negotiate agreements, you must work with the ASE Directors, Brand Directors and New Business Development Teams to ensure proper alignment of company resources and establish on-going strategic plans and business goals.
Candidates for this role must have a proven ability to develop client relationships coupled with knowledge of the French automotive industry, including current trends, competition, and client operations. Oral communication skills necessary to build consensus and resolve difficult situations diplomatically are essential and you must be able to manage complex or multiple projects and to motivate people to ensure satisfied clients and profitability.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English are required and you should demonstrate strong negotiation, sales and business development skills. An accountancy background or Dealer Network experience would be beneficial.

As a Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for the delivery of New/Classic projects and support the existing I.T systems & infrastructure, specialising in Xcelsius Reporting. You will need to have strong SQL skills and knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
Developing new cutting edge Reporting solutions for New/Classic projects, you will migrate existing products onto the new platform when and where applicable and provide day to day 3rd line support for internal and external clients. Assisting with the collation, production and maintenance of literature regarding Xcelsius Reporting, you will develop and maintain any new reporting product built in conjunction with the RAPID platform team; writing any supporting documentation and covering training needs.
Working in conjunction with RAPID developments you will be expected to interpret the franchise business requirement and tailor defined and measurable business products according to a specified business case, making the Project Director aware of any cost analysis. You will also be expected to provide support and guidance to Project Champions on existing web portals, allowing them to debug effectively and develop small business needs within the scope of the existing framework.
