Yes. Once you are experienced enough to be visiting a client alone or leading a team. Even when you do not have an allocated car, you will not be expected to use your own as we have various pool vehicles available. Fuel Cards and AA breakdown cover are also provided.
Will working for ASE make me too specialised so that I would be unable to find another job if I decided to leave?
No. First of all we aim to give you such a positive experience at ASE that we hope you will not want to leave! However, we do recognise that not everyone’s career path is the same. The accountancy and audit training you will receive will be fully transferable, and the industry expertise you gain at ASE can be applied to a wide range of other businesses where selling and servicing are of paramount importance.
Will I be important as an individual or will I just be a name on the payroll to you?

We need each individual staff member to be able to find the challenges and opportunities they are looking for within the firm. As a company we have a real commitment to providing a caring and supportive working environment where all team members are valued and respected.
