Luscombe Motors Acquires Suzuki Leeds

ASE's Dealermatch service is pleased to announce that Luscombe Motors Limited, a new start up business formed by Robin Luscombe, has acquired the trade and assets of Suzuki Leeds from Robert Bowett for an undisclosed sum. Robert Bowett has retained the remainder of his business and will continue to represent the Saab and Mitsubishi brand in Leeds.
Luscombe who previously was a Director at Colin Appleyards in Yorkshire has been searching for the right opportunity for a couple of years and said:
"I am extremely pleased that we have managed to complete the deal as the climate certainly isn't the easiest to start up a new motor business. I have a lot of experience with Suzuki and am excited about representing them once again and welcoming all of the Suzuki Leeds staff onboard. It has been a tough ride getting the deal through, however I would like to thank my advisors who did a fantastic job in getting the deal done."
