Trevor Jones & ASE Ltd Complete Amalgamation Into ASE Plc

In February of this year, leading professional service providers to the automotive industry ASE Limited and Trevor Jones Chartered Accountants announced that discussions had begun regarding the amalgamation of the two businesses. This exciting amalgamation has now being finalised and the intention is for the newly reorganised group to be in operation from 31st July 2009.
Under the new structure, a new company (ASE plc) will operate the business of ASE Ltd and the majority of the business of Trevor Jones, with ASE Audit LLP operating the dealer statutory audits carried out.

The combined business will enable us to offer our clients a higher standard of service and deliver enhanced benefits through improved systems, increased motor trade specialist staff and additional services focussing on profitability."
The newly formed business will be responsible for collecting composite data from in excess of 7,500 dealers across the world each month as well as providing audit, taxation and professional services to circa 320 privately owned dealer groups in the UK.
