15/06/2010
ASE are delighted to report on the recent success of Trevor Jones' well received presentations at two highly prestigious "Automotive Finance Summits", with an audience of approximately 500 delegates at each venue.
On 29th May Trevor spoke at the 10th Convention of ARAN held at Póvoa do Varzim in Portugal. ARAN is one of the largest automotive dealers and repairers associations in Portugal. Following his presentation Trevor answered questions from a select group of top managers from associated dealers of ARAN.
On 1st June Trevor presented to the ENG at the Hotel Palace in Berlin. ENG is a large networking group that dedicates itself to providing critical and timely business information to professionals across Europe. Their summit was specifically designed to highlight opportunities in today's difficult market and help provide innovative ideas to encourage dealer profitability.
As always Trevor Jones took the opportunity to discuss a selection of practical issues and best practices to help improve dealership profitability, although he focused his presentations on "The Dealer Network as a Profit Centre - Understanding the Demands of the Dealer Network".
As the last two years have been extremely challenging for the European automotive finance industry, events such as these have become more beneficial than ever, encouraging movement beyond cost-cutting, delivering innovation in product and service offerings, and identifying sustainable routes to profit over the longer term.
