It is often the case that whilst times are good, controls and procedures do not attract sufficient management focus, so that in leaner periods profit leakage is evident. At ASE we are able to provide a dealer profitability review where-by we will look at the dealership from an external perspective and highlight areas where there are potential profit leaks that, if controlled, will enable the dealership to be in the best possible position to weather any storm.
