The team have developed specialist reports that can be uploaded into the DMS system, assisting in the production of the accounts and improving the month end process.
The majority of DMS providers provide a project manager from their point of view however this does not always provide the dealer with the best advice during the implementation stage. Our consultants have experience in completing DMS integrations and can assist the dealer in a smooth changeover that will cause minimal disruption to the dealership.
The biggest problem when implementing a DMS change is the time spent during the transistional period learning new procedures and processes. This often causes delays in the production of the accounts and reconciliation issues. Our team can assist with the transistional period by helping with the reconciliations and acting as the project manager for the dealership, freeing up the dealership staff to maintain the day to day control of the business.
