Investing In Young People

We provide accredited Graduate Training schemes, School Leaver and Apprenticeship programmes leading to promising careers for young people around the world across all of our global business functions.

The ASE Training Academy

The ASE Training Academy provides a comprehensive range of in-house training courses for technical skills, soft management skills, leadership development and automotive industry expertise, to ensure the continual personal development of all our employees.

Our Pledges

The 5% Club
We support the aim of ensuring that 5% of our UK workforce are apprentices, graduates or sponsored students on structured programmes within the five years.

The UK Automotive 30% Club
We are members of The UK Automotive 30% Club, working towards having women in 30% of key leadership positions by 2030, because we believe gender balance not only encourages better leadership and governance, but diversity further contributes to better all-round business performance.

Charitable Work

We are continually running initiatives to make a difference to charitable causes and our local communities, from ASE offices throughout the world. This has included, volunteer programmes, sponsored events and specific local projects.
